GF-40SA

GF-40SA is a 40 mil (1 mm) thick self-adhering thermoplastic flashing membrane with excellent UV, tear, and puncture resistance. GF-40SA is produced with 65% post industrial recycled content by weight and is resistant to most forms of fungus, algae, and microbiological attack.

GF-40SA is used for above and below grade flashing applications including grade terminations, parapet walls, curbs, and thru-wall flashing. GF-40SA can be used in conditions exposed to direct UV and weather conditions.

Product packaging: Available in 18” x 50’ (0.5 m x 15.2 m) rolls; two rolls per box.

GF-60

GF-60 is a nominal 60 mil (1.5 mm) thick reinforced thermoplastic flashing membrane with excellent UV, tear, puncture and flame resistance. Membrane is dual color with white thermoplastic top coat and black bottom coat. GF-60 is also resistant to most forms of fungus, algae and micro-biological attack

GF-60 is used for above or below grade flashing applications including grade terminations, curbs, walls, field wraps and patches. GF-60 can be used in conditions exposed to direct UV and weather conditions.

Product packaging: Available in 18” x 50’ (1.2 m x 15.2 m) rolls.

Hydrobar^® Tubes

Hydrobar Tubes are 2” (50 mm) diameter by 2 foot long (600 mm) tubes of Volclay granular bentonite encapsulated in a water-soluble film tube. Hydrobar Tubes are a convenient means of providing extra waterproofing protection at the critical wall to footing intersection joint. When used with Ultraseal or Voltex membranes, the tubes are installed prior to the membrane directly against the wall at the base corner. When used with Volclay panels, the tubes are installed after the Panel installation directly in the wall base corner.

Product packaging: 16 tubes per box for 32 linear feet (9.75 m).

M-2000 Liquid Mastic

M-2000 Liquid Mastic is a single-component, trowel-grade moisture cure polyurethane mastic that is used with CETCO Waterproofing Systems to detail primarily at membrane terminations, around horizontal deck penetrations and transitions, over grouted concrete form-tie holes, and provide fillets to inside wall corners. Product typically requires a minimum 12 hour setting time prior to being covered by a waterproofing membrane.

Product packaging: 5-gallon (18.9 l) pails.

RAP 400: Recycled Rubber Protection Membrane

RAP-400 is a 30 mils thick performance based protection membrane derived from recycled tire crumb rubber providing sustainability over traditional asphalt based protection layer products.

Product Packaging: RAP-400 is supplied in lightweight rolls measuring 3-feet by 67-feet (914 mm x 20.4 m) for a total membrane area of 201 square feet (18.7 sq m).

CETCO Seamtape

CETCO Seamtape is a single-sided tape consisting of an aggressive rubber-based adhesive with a durable polyethylene backing.  Seamtape is primarily used to seal the overlap seams of Ultraseal BT, Swelltite, Voltex DS/DSCR for both backfilled foundation walls and horizontal deck applications. Seamtape protects the overlap seams against debris intrusion during backfill and damage from rain prior to backfilling.

TB-Boot

TB-Boots are specially designed tieback covers used to maintain waterproofing integrity at soil retention tieback heads. TB-Boot is a single piece, durable pre-formed thermoplastic cover that provides a simple and quick waterproofing installation detail. TB-Boots are used with various CETCO waterproofing membrane systems including Voltex, Ultraseal and CoreFlex.

The specially designed tieback cover incorporates a 3-dimensional pre-formed shape to accommodate most tie-back heads installed at varies angles and its angled shape is designed to displace a minimal amount of concrete. The thick thermoplastic construction provides the strength and durability to withstand the concrete placement. TB-Boot is available in three sizes to accommodate various tie-back head sizes. Each size is also available with a gray thermoplastic membrane flange to weld CoreFlex membrane.

Available sizes:
TB-6SN is 6” (150 mm) deep, TB-8 is 8” (200 mm) deep, and TB-10 is 10” (250 mm) deep. Each size is also available with gray weldable flange for CoreFlex: TB-6SNF, TB-8F and TB-10F.

Waterstoppage

Waterstoppage is chemically treated granular bentonite used as a detailing accessory product with Volclay Waterproofing Systems. When wetted, Waterstoppage forms a dense, low permeable material that combines with the bentonite in the CETCO membranes to form a seamless waterproofing system. Typical application is around slab penetrations, pile caps, and grade beams prior to the waterproofing membrane installation. Waterstoppage is also applied to the roof deck of tunnels and earth covered structures prior to Voltex and Voltex DS installation.
